Hello

My name is Nicole Prince

I am a passionate and highly motivated Instructional Designer and Developer. I am skilled at analyzing your training needs and providing engaging solutions.

I’m excited to connect and share my experiences with you.

As an instructional designer and developer, I enjoy solving problems. After collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Stakeholders, I begin solving their problems like putting puzzle pieces together. I start with a needs analysis to identify any performance gaps in their target audience, then determine if training is the best solution. My ultimate goal is to create engaging learning experiences using the ADDIE and SAM adult learning theories that will help businesses meet their goals.

When I'm not creating courses I enjoy traveling, especially to the Caribbean. The beach is my absolute favorite place in the world. That's where I can enjoy nature, spend time with my family and rejuvenate. At home, I am a plant enthusiast with a collection of over 70 plants. It gives me great joy to nurture and watch my plants thrive.
